l Perseguidor, Malbec Centenario in A minor.

 Made with the recently rediscovered "San Rosendo Centennial Malbec", this wine represents the deepest part of our convictions. We believe in dryland wines, with deep roots and strains adapted to their environment.

 Hand-harvested on April 25, 2013, these grapes were destemmed in an improved screen, by hand, directly over an open winepress. The trampling was manual and immediately after the alcoholic fermentation was completed, they were moved to new French oak barrels for malolactic fermentation.

 After their FML, the wines were separated into 2 identical lots and this particular lot received the music composed for this wine and this vintage.



 This is a deep and layered wine that overlaps on the nose, black fruit, maqui, boldo and leaf litter overlap with spicy and cavendish tobacco notes. In the mouth it is round, silky, with a touch of natural acidity in this Malbec that predicts good aging.
