El Tartufo, Malbec centenary of San Rosendo, 2013

 Made with the same grapes as The Pursuer, this wine was not subjected to "sound terroir" and was stored in the same new French barrels, from Vosges, only in a separate and silent cellar.



 The depth is common to all the Malbecs from San Rosendo, however the elaboration with ancestral technology, apparently brings with it an accentuation of the characteristics of the strain in this valley. In the mouth it is powerful, corpulent and somewhat rustic.
